How do I buy tickets?
Go to Browse Events, choose an event, select your ticket tier and quantity, then proceed to checkout. You will receive confirmation after payment.
Which payment methods are supported?
Payments are processed via Pesapal and may support M-Pesa, cards, and other methods depending on your location and Pesapal availability.
I paid but my status is pending. What should I do?
Sometimes Pesapal IPN takes a short moment to finalize. Wait 10–60 seconds, then refresh the status page. If it persists, contact support.
Can I get a refund?
Refund eligibility depends on the event organizer’s policy. Please contact support with your order reference and event details.
How do I sell tickets?
Click “Sell Tickets” to create an account and access your dashboard. From there you can create events and ticket tiers.
