Accounts

Tickets & Entry
- Tickets are issued per event and may be verified at entry using QR codes or other identifiers.
- Event organizers are responsible for event delivery, entry rules, and venue policies.
- Do not share or resell tickets unless the event explicitly allows it.
Payments
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers (e.g., Pesapal). Processing times may vary. You agree to pay all charges related to your purchase.
Refunds
Refund policies are set by event organizers unless otherwise stated. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, the organizer will determine refund eligibility and timelines.

Organizers
- Organizers must provide accurate event details (date, time, location, pricing).
- Organizers are responsible for fulfilling the event and handling entry operations.
- We may remove events that violate policies or applicable laws.
Prohibited Use
- Fraudulent transactions, chargeback abuse, or unauthorized access attempts.
- Uploading harmful code, scraping, or disrupting platform services.
- Harassment, hate speech, or unlawful activities using the platform.
Limitation of Liability
Royal Tickets provides the platform “as is”. We are not liable for losses arising from event cancellation, venue issues, third-party payment delays, or organizer actions, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised terms.
